Terms & Conditions

  • Minimum monthly charge. The lowest price shown by the calculator is the minimum monthly charge for every active Parcel Optimizer account. It is billed each month while your account remains active.
  • Canceling. To stop the minimum monthly charge, cancel your account. You may cancel at any time. There are no long-term contracts.
  • Reinstatement. Restoring a canceled account carries a $500 reinstatement charge.
  • Data retention. Data from canceled accounts is retained for no longer than one year unless you request earlier deletion.
